HR Change Manager

Duration - 8 months (Until the end of the year)

Location: London – Hybrid


Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic problem solver with global mindset to work on the people-side of transformation projects across multiple markets in Europe, UKI and Emerging Markets. As a change manager, you will be responsible for driving change management activities that will enable the successful implementation of our profit recovery and growth Beauty Reimagined ambitions. Working within established transformation programmes, you will translate high-level change strategies into concrete, actionable plans and then drive their delivery with rigour and discipline.


Key Responsibilities

Change Management

* Develop and implement change and communication strategies to help employees adapt to organisational changes in processes, systems, and structures.
* Identify, document, and validate change impacts from design decisions.
* Develop comprehensive, structured change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities and own their end-to-end delivery.
* Translate program milestones and structural decisions into sequenced change interventions, ensuring the right activities happen at the right time for impacted populations.


Project Management

* Manage the day to day execution of change projects.
* Track and report on change plan progress and readiness.
* Work with a wide variety of cross functional resources, ensuring timely delivery while aligning with agreed timelines.
* Maintain a clear view of interdependencies between workstreams, proactively identifying risks to adoption and proposing mitigations within the scope of the change plan.


Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

* Conduct stakeholder analyses and impact assessments to understand who is affected, how, and when and use these to inform targeted engagement approaches.
* Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans that bring structural changes to life in clear, honest, and audience-appropriate language across diverse employee groups.


Collaboration & Ways of Working

* Build strong relationships with cross functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment through effective communication and feedback on global and regional transformation initiatives.
* Actively participate in the transformation communities, contributing to best practice sharing, knowledge exchange, and alignment of transformation priorities across affiliates and regions.


Requirements for Success

* Problem Solving: Ability to break a problem into its component parts and develop a methodical approach to finding a solution.
* Analytical Mindset: Experience using data analysis, metrics, and dashboards to drive insights, track progress, and inform decision-making.
* Project Management: Ability to build and execute a plan to solve the problem, including project timeline, identifying/managing interdependencies, identifying key owners and stakeholders, managing budget and vendors.
* Change Skills: Ability to design and implement communication strategies that support employee adoption.
* Collaboration: Skilled at building relationships across cross-functional teams and fostering alignment through clear communication and feedback.
* Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, shifting priorities as needed.
* Continuous Improvement: Always seeking opportunities to refine processes and embed best practices.


Qualifications & Experience

Required:

* Minimum 6-8 years of change management experience; career that spans both a management consultancy and an in-house role, preferred.
* Proven track record owning and delivering change management plans for complex, large-scale organizational restructuring programs across multiple geographies or functions.
* Strong command of structured change management methodologies and the practical experience to adapt them to the realities of a fast-moving corporate environment.
* Skilled communicator with the ability to craft clear messaging for a range of audiences and formats.
* Highly organized and delivery-focused, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and hold plans on track across a matrixed, global organization.
* Experience working across diverse regional and cultural contexts, with sensitivity to how change communication and engagement must be adapted by market.
* Collaborative contributor who builds relationships easily and influences effectively without authority.
* Experience delivering change within shared services transitions in a consumer goods or FMCG context preferred.
