Competitive salary of £24,195 (pro-rata for part-time)
£63.70 flat rate for each sleep-in shift

A Full UK driving license essential for supporting people out and about
Male applicants only, in line with the personal care needs of the individuals we support ( Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1 )
What the Role Involves:
Supporting individuals in their daily lives at home and in the community
Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-expression
Creating meaningful connections and shared experiences
Working a variety of shifts as part of a 24-hour care team, including:
Day shifts
Evenings and weekends
Sleep-ins (22:00 07:00), paid at £63.70 per night
Enjoying the benefit of 4 weeks advance notice on your rota
