An exciting opportunity for a Trade Counter Sales Negotiator has become available at our Castle Bromwich branch. We require an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who can provide excellent customer service skills to our trade and retail customers.
The Person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with proven experience selling heavyside building materials. The ability to build relationships with employees, local builders, contractors and suppliers is key to the role.
Key Tasks
• Selling building materials profitably to trade and retail
• Responsibility for the cash sale business
• Awareness of new sales opportunities
• Effective use of PC to organise transactions
• Acquiring quotes, following up and achieving orders
• Counter stock maintenance / assisting with stock take preparation
• Ensure highest standard of service to the customer
