FRENCH SELECTION (FS) French speaking Personal Assistant / Administration Coordinator (PA/EA) Location: South Normanton - Mansfield area, Nottinghamshire Hybrid work with 4 days in the office and Fridays work from home Salary: up to £37,500 per annum plus benefits Ref: 4287PF To apply using our preferred format, please visit French Selection website, go to the vacancies page, search job reference: 4287PF Website: www.french-selection.co.uk A well-established multinational company who specialise in providing services and operations on a global scale who also pride themselves on their strong core values and sustainability efforts Main duties: An exciting opportunity to start the New Year by being the Go-To person for the Operations Director where you will play a vital role in liaising with all stakeholders and provide a high level of operational support The role: - To be responsible for managing the Director’s diary including meetings, travel and the preparation of briefing materials. - Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support which include drafting documents and managing communications - Coordinate meetings and events while also handling agendas, minutes and logistics - Conduct research and prepare reports, summaries and presentations - Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring a high level of professionalism - Arrange and manage travel logistics, consisting of bookings, itineraries, and trip coordination. - Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and communications. - Support the wider leadership team with ad-hoc tasks and project coordination as needed. The candidate: - Fluent in French to Business level standard - Experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive assistant (or similar administrative experience supporting a senior manager 1-to-1) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills ( written and spoken) with confidence handling challenging enquiries. - Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines. - Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work independently and adapt working hours when needed - Advanced IT proficiency especially in Microsoft Office - Please note that this position is to commence on the 5th January 2026 - Car owner due to location The salary: up to £37,500 per annum plus benefits
