Job Title: Pre-Construction Manager Location: London Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 per annum + Company Car + Bonus Scheme (Up to 50% of Salary) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Pre-Construction Manager to join a growing Passive Fire Protection contractor based in London. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the full pre-construction lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to project handover. While experience in passive fire protection is advantageous, it is not essential.
