About the Role:
As a supply teacher with Randstad, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse and welcoming primary schools, delivering high-quality education to nursery and reception classes. You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can learn and develop through play.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons based on the EYFS curriculum, adapting to the specific needs of each school and class.
* Foster a love of learning and discovery in a nurturing classroom setting.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
* Work collaboratively with other staff members, including teaching assistants, to support pupil progress.
* Uphold the policies and values of each school you work in.
What We Are Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Proven experience working within an Early Years setting.
* A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework.
* The ability to inspire and motivate young children.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
* A valid enhanced DBS check on the update service, or the willingness to apply for one.
