Are you an organised and motivated administrator looking to make a difference in a rewarding care setting? Workforce Personnel is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Administrator to join a professional and caring team at a children’s residential care home in Aylesbury. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a structured environment and is passionate about supporting vulnerable young people behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: * Provide day-to-day administrative support to the home’s management team * Maintain up-to-date records and care documentation * Organise meetings, prepare reports, and take minutes * Manage staff files, training logs, and rota updates * Assist with HR-related tasks including DBS checks and onboarding * Ensure the home remains compliant with Ofsted and safeguarding standards * Liaise with external professionals, local authorities, and suppliers * Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally What We’re Looking For: * Previous admin experience (care sector preferred but not essential) * Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Confidential, professional, and friendly manner * Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines * Ability to use initive and take control of tasks without supervision * A team player with attention to detail * Knowledge of GDPR and safeguarding practices desirable * Available to work 5 days a week 9-3 on site What You’ll Receive: ✅ Competitive salary ✅ Flexible working pattern to suit your lifestyle ✅ Supportive and friendly working environment ✅ Ongoing training and development ✅ A rewarding role where your work supports vulnerable children and young people Ready to take the next step in your admin career?
