I am conducting a doctoral narrative case study examining leadership practices that accelerate workforce development in a small-to-medium aerospace manufacturing organization.
The study includes semi-structured interviews focused on:

Workforce development
Training and knowledge transfer
Continuous improvement and innovation
I am the Principal Investigator and will retain primary analytic responsibility.
This request is for supporting qualitative coding and theme development and Ch 4 and 5 scaffolding.
Given I was provided approval to conduct research within the firm I work, I know the research participants and subject matter very well. I've been working on this for six years and I'm willing to work together with someone several hours each day or as many days or weeks as it takes.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
