As a Support Worker, the role involves working in a family hostel in Coventry and within the community, providing housing-related support to families experiencing homelessness. Responsibilities include acting as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles, and supporting individuals to develop skills for independent living. The role also involves working closely with partners across the county and taking a multi-agency approach to achieve positive outcomes for individuals.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, the willingness to go the extra mile and the ability to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. You must be able make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
