Working with site based project teams, your responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor may include: Managing the commercial aspects of projects up to £20 million in value. Full management of accounts, including procurement, placing orders, payments and final accounting. Assessing subcontractor progress and budget compliance. Undertaking valuations. Producing accurate internal and external financial reports, forecasts and liabilities. Identifying opportunities to maximise value and reduce costs.
