Business Administration Manager (Public Open Space)
Starting salary between £34581 and £41673 per annum (plus cost of living award).
Based at the Council Depot, King’s Lynn
We need you to be responsible for the delivery of administration and financial management for the Public Open Space service including the Waste Management and Public Open Space teams. You will manage the Waste and Public Open Space administrative teams, and lead on the management and maintenance of data held by both teams and software systems. You will also manage the administration of agreements and customer account to ensure excellent customer services and assist in ensuring compliance with all financial audit and data protection requirements.
Educated to A level standards with an NVQ level 4 (or equivalent) qualification in a relevant subject. You will have experience of effectively managing staff, with a working knowledge of office procedures including data protection requirement, computerised record systems, database, spreadsheet and word processing skills. With excellent communication skills at all levels, you will have experience of dealing with the public including the ability to handle complaints. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
