What is required from you?
* A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
* Previous experience required in maintenance and gardening
* This is a full time role @ 40 hours per week to include working alternative weekends
A day in the life of a Maintenance Person
1. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements
2. You will assess and undertake repairs including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows.
3. If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with our head office team to refer the repair to a contractor.
4. Safety is paramount, so you will ensure that the care home is safe for all of our residents.<...
