WHAT IS INVOLVED We are looking to appoint a part-time 18.5hr Clerical officer within Business Services, Temporary for 18 months. You will provide core support to the CYPS Service in the uploading of documents onto the Liquid Logic Document Store and other associated administrative tasks. We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer-service. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy, be well-organised and flexible, have good IT skills and manage changing priorities. This is a Part Time post working 18.5 hrs per week Wednesday PM, Thursday and Friday. You should have 4 GCSEs (Graded A-C) including English Language or Literature or NVQ Level 2 in a related subject or equivalent. Please refer to the attached person specification for the full criteria. The successful applicant for this post will be required to apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure. INTERVIEWS Interviews will be held week commencing 17th November 2025.
