About the role
We are currently is seeking a Spa Therapist (full time) to join our talented team at King Street Townhouse Hotel. We are looking for individuals with a passion for spa and wellness, ready to deliver exceptional service and enhance experience for our esteemed members and guests.
The hotel also includes King Street Tavern (bar, restaurant and wine cellars), afternoon tea rooms, conferencing & event space, gym and treatment rooms, which are available to hotel guests. King Street Townhouse boasts some amazing features, such as its rooftop infinity spa pool, with views of the spires and clock tower of Manchester’s iconic town hall. The hotel prides itself in its reputation for special events and occasions. As such we are very popular for christenings, wedding parties, anniversaries and birthday celebrations. In addition to this we also have regular corporate banquets and events.
Responsibilities
1. Greet guests at reception to deliver a memorable experience
2. Support the Spa Manager in delivering customer standards and constantly strive to exceed expectations
3. Maintain a professional, clean environment ensuring that our guests/members are comfortable
4. Fully understand existing treatments and procedures to effectively deliver a world class service
5. Ensure that all treatment rooms are prepared and fit for purpose
6. Attend weekly/monthly team meetings and events
7. Deliver exceptional aftercare and retail recommendations to all clientele
8. High standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times
9. Delivering brand standards
10. Booking in clients and taking phone calls
11. Achieving treatment and retail targets

Requirements
23. Specific experience within a spa/health club environment
24. Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
25. Experience with ESPA and Elemis is preferred but not essential
26. Impeccable attention to detail and customer service experience
27. Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills
28. Knowledge in our brands NVQ level 3 beauty therapy or equivalent
29. Previous Beauty therapy experience in a 5star/luxury background Natural leadership qualities
