Duties

* Manage portion control and minimise waste to optimise kitchen efficiency
* Serve dishes to guests when required, providing excellent customer service
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment adhering to health and safety protocols
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production processes
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
* Familiarity with restaurant operations, serving procedures, and hospitality practices
* Previous experience in culinary roles demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
