The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to join our Legal and Compliance team. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with a strong background in compliance, ideally within the SaaS or care sector. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations remain compliant, secure, and aligned with best practices as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Governance
* Oversee and update internal policies and procedures
* Maintain and support compliance with key standards and frameworks
* Deliver training and awareness programmes across the business
* Support with GDPR compliance and data breach/incident response
* Support corporate governance and risk management frameworks
* Conduct internal audits
* Support supplier due diligence and ongoing compliance
* Support business continuity planning
* Contribute to external reporting and accreditation processes
* Maintain and improve compliance reporting portals
* Support Sales and Customer Success in due diligence (RFPs)
* Act as external-facing expert for customers, partners, and auditors
* Lead monthly compliance KPIs and reporting
* Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes to inform strategy

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a compliance, risk, or governance role
* Strong understanding of standards and regulatory frameworks
* Experience in SaaS or the care sector highly desirable
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
* Willingness to travel to Bournemouth and Bridgwater offices
