We have exclusively partnered with this thriving recruitment business to find a Director & Co-Founder to lead the charge. With the highest commission structure in the market – up to 60% with zero threshold – this is a unique opportunity to join at the top and build something exceptional.
The Opportunity:

We’re searching for a top-billing consultant who’s ready to step into directorship, grow a team, and drive the Life Sciences division forward. You’ll have full autonomy and the ability to work remotely or from our Leeds office. What You’ll Do:
* Lead & Build: Launch and scale the Life Sciences division with full autonomy.
* Client Acquisition: Secure key accounts with Life Sciences firms across the UK and beyond.
* Team Expansion: Recruit, mentor, and manage top recruitment talent.
* Market Domination: Position the business as a leader in Life Sciences recruitment.
* Bill Big: Expectation to bill £250k - £300k annually minimum – this is for top billers only.
What You’ll Need:
* Proven top-billing experience in Life Sciences recruitment (or related sectors).
* Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re building your own business within the business.
* Relentless work ethic and commitment to growth.
* Flexibility to work remotely, in Leeds, or even abroad.
* Must be a British Citizen due to work requirements.
