Our well established client is seeking a Case Handler to join their very busy Conveyancing team based in their Kettering Office. Job Purpose: Reporting to the Head of Customer Relations, you will be responsible for resolving and responding to complex and/or regulatory complaints that relate to multiple products and have been received via correspondence (email, letter, fax) internally or externally and for investigating internally identified errors and potential errors with a possible financial or reputational implication for our client across multiple products. Case Handlers are responsible for customer care and ensuring the right result for both the customer and our client, delivering excellent service using a variety of dispute resolution skills and risk management techniques. This full-time position as fee-earner will involve working on primarily re-mortgage transactions although there may be scope to take on some sales and purchase matters. Candidates must have conveyancing experience from inception to post-completion, although not necessary. The candidate must, however, have sufficient knowledge to start acting on cases from day one. They are able to offer flexible working packages for the right candidate, including a mixture of in-office and remote working. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and have excellent organisation and communication skills. You must be pro-active and willing to think of potential solutions before asking. You must have ability to work both on their own and in a team and handle a fast-paced high pressure environment. Most importantly, we expect all of our staff to provide the highest level of customer service to be given to our clients and referrers.
