£45,000 per annum
Working 45 hours per week
A genuine mix of daytime and evening shifts
Creative freedom to shape seasonal, bespoke menus
Work within a close-knit team of 4 chefs
Responsibilities as the Head Chef
Leading a small, passionate brigade delivering high-quality food for a variety of events and experiences
Designing and delivering seasonal, produce-led menus
Leading service for up to 150 covers
Bringing creativity to both plated dining and more relaxed, sharing-style concepts
Managing, mentoring, and developing your team
What were looking for:
A proven Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
Experience in high-quality, fresh food kitchens
A creative, ideas-driven approach to menu development
Someone who thrives in a bespoke, events-led environment
Strong leadership skills with a calm, organised approach
