A well-regarded secondary school in Bournemouth is seeking a dedicated and vibrant Music Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach across KS3 and KS4, fostering students’ musical talents and encouraging a lifelong appreciation of music.
The Role:
1. Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4
2. Deliver a broad and engaging curriculum including performance, composition, and music theory
3. Plan and lead inspiring lessons that develop students' musical ability and creativity
4. Contribute to the school’s extracurricular music programme, including ensembles, choirs, and performances
5. Promote student confidence and participation through inclusive and supportive teaching
About You:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs and experienced teachers welcome to apply
7. A passion for music education, with strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm
8. Confident in delivering both practical and theoretical elements of the curriculum
9. A team player who values collaboration across departments
10. Committed to supporting student achievement and involvement in the arts
