About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Client Services Manager to help grow our company. Responsibilities include upgrading current clients over the phone and online, maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting the Sales Director, and assisting with marketing campaigns and growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

* Accurately process sign-up information
* Achieve sales quotas and foster future sales
* Maintain call and sales records
* Report to the Sales Director
