Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in designing and delivering customised educational programs.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.

* Encourage students in their personal and social growth.
What They're Looking For:
* Experience working with children with severe autism is a plus.
* A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) or equivalent experience.
