Operating across the UK in a number of sectors including: Construction, Residential, Fit Out, Maintenance and EngineeringYour new roleSenior Planners required for major construction projects on the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk/Norfolk border. As Senior Planner you'll play a pivotal role in delivering expert planning and scheduling support to both pre-construction and project delivery teams, ensuring every phase aligns smoothly and efficiently.Main duties:
* Champion project success by establishing and tracking key performance indicators throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities to ensure seamless integration and optimal efficiency.
* Create detailed tender programmes and method statements, presenting them with clarity and confidence.
* Manage project changes proactively, providing expert advice on Extension of Time (EOT) implications.
* Accurately prepare schedules and assess quotations for time-related preliminaries.
