Your new role
This is a temporary opportunity for an experienced Admin Officer to join a busy administration team, working closely with finance colleagues to support day-to-day operations. The role will involve managing a high-volume purchase ledger, processing supplier invoices, raising purchase orders andpleting reconciliations. You will also provide wider administrative support, including handling calls and emails, sales invoicing cover, payroll input and assisting with month-end activities. Flexibility is key, as the role will provide cover across the admin function during periods of leave or absence.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in an finance administrative role, ideally within a busy team. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to managepeting priorities are essential. You will be confident using Microsoft Excel and Word and have experience working with accounting or payroll systems. Professionalmunication skills and a team-focused approach are key to success.
