Job Description
Client seeks a skilled Associate Aero Integration & Verification Engineer to join the team working on the T-7 platform in St. Louis, MO. The successful candidate will lead integration and verification activities of aero systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements within the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) capability. SEIT engineers are vital to the development, safety, and success of T-7, involved from initial concept through design, testing, validation, and in-service support. Project
The team focuses on systems engineering, integration, and testing, responsible for integration and testing in specific aircraft specialties.
Position Responsibilities
* Lead integration and verification of airframe systems testing, ensuring performance and safety standards are met.
* Participate in flight test readiness reviews, test plan, and matrix development.
* Coordinate with flight test points of contact for execution, data collection, and reporting.
* Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues.
* Analyze test data and recommend design improvements.
* Support development of airframe specifications and documentation.
* Mentor junior engineers and team members.
* Participate in design reviews, ensuring testability and manufacturability.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
* Track and report task progress weekly.
* Build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* At least 2 years of aero integration and verification experience, preferably in military or commercial aircraft.
* Strong knowledge of airframe systems, structures, and materials.
* Experience with test planning, execution, and data analysis.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with T-7 or similar aircraft programs.
* Knowledge of systems engineering principles.
* Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
* Familiarity with aircraft design and testing standards (e.g., FAA, MIL-STD).
* Proficiency with engineering modeling, simulation, and analysis tools.
Pay Range
$49.73 - $54.25 USD hourly
