Key Responsibilities: Support departmental leadership and manage a small team. Oversee reinsurance admin tasks: premium calculations, claims, data management, and reporting. Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls. Analyse market trends affecting reinsurance strategy. Prepare reports for senior management and board. Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, finance, and claims teams on renewals, pricing, and capital planning. Monitor and improve reinsurance program performance. Contribute expertise to relevant projects. Requirements: 7 years in insurance/reinsurance with strong financial reporting skills. Relevant degree or professional insurance qualifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU). Experience in outward reinsurance and team management. Technical knowledge of treaty and facultative reinsurance. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Familiarity with reinsurance admin systems is a plus. Proactive and solution-focused mindset.
