The Role
The Glapton Academy, part of L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, is seeking a highly organised and professional Administrator to join our busy school office team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the academy, supporting staff, pupils, and parents.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and telephone enquiries
* Providing high-quality administrative support to staff and leadership
* Maintaining accurate records and data systems (SIMS/Arbor experience desirable)
* Assisting with correspondence, reports, and communications
* Supporting the wider team with tasks such as admissions, attendance, and safeguarding administration

* Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Is confident using IT systems and willing to learn new software
* Can manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
* Works well both independently and as part of a team
