SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - North West London - September Start - Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in North West London. This school support young individuals with a diverse range of needs - ensuring each learner has the opportunity to unlock their full potential with confidence.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with personal care duties where required
* Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
* Adapt support style to meet the diverse needs of each learner
* Use positive behaviour techniques to encourage learner engagement
* Understand how autism can impact learning and how to overcome learning barriers
