Project Manager Infrastructure / Delivery Contract Length: 10 months (initial) Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid working) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Sector: Financial Services T he Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure and delivery to support a major financial services client on an initial 10-month contract. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure-focused projects, working across technology, operations, and third-party suppliers. The role is hybrid, with regular on-site presence required in Edinburgh. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of infrastructure and technology projects from initiation through to completion Manage project scope, plans, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal technology teams, vendors, and external partners Drive delivery against agreed milestones, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Manage RAID logs and provide clear, regular reporting to senior stakeholders Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and regulatory standards within a financial services environment Support change management, cutover, and implementation activities Required Experience & Skills Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering infrastructure or technology projects Previous experience working within financial services (banking, insurance, asset management, or similar) Strong delivery-focused background, managing complex technical workstreams Experience working with infrastructure technologies (e.g. networks, servers, cloud, data centres, end-user computing) Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Desirable Experience delivering projects in regulated environments Vendor and third-party management experience Familiarity with IT service management or operational change Additional Information This role is inside IR35 Hybrid working model, with on-site presence in Edinburgh Initial 10-month contract with potential for extension
