Main Responsibilities:
1. Create, deliver, and evaluate stakeholder engagement plans supporting programme objectives.
2. Map stakeholders and coordinate engagement effectively across the project.
3. Create content for diverse audiences and share via multiple channels.
4. Identify and plan participation in key events with the events coordinator and science teams.
5. Ensure UKCEH staff are informed and engaged with FDRI through internal communications.
6. Report on communications activities to funders and evaluate their effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with UKCEH's Central Comms team to promote FDRI.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* A relevant degree, professional qualification in communications, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and communications strategies.
* Knowledge of current communication technologies and best practices.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to different audiences.
* Excellent relationship-building skills and a proactive approach.
Desirable Experience:
* Experience with engagement data tracking, insights, or CRM tools.
* Public sector or research environment background.
* Event planning and management experience.
