We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal and IT skills, with experience working in a frontline admin office.

Tees Community Equipment Service operates throughout the Teesside area, supplying equipment to assist disabled people to live independently at home. We share a passion for delivering high-quality service to our Service Users.
You will work in a small but sometimes busy call centre, providing administrative support including call handling and data entry.
Main duties include making incoming and outgoing calls, coordinating with Service Users, their families, Health and Social Care Professionals, and colleagues to ensure prompt delivery of medical equipment to clients' homes.
Excellent IT skills are essential. You will receive detailed training on our bespoke IT system to arrange deliveries and collections. Due to the nature of the work, a high level of confidentiality is required.
The post requires flexibility and adaptability.
This is a fixed-term contract until 31.03.2026.
The service operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, from our offices at Unit 3 Raleigh Court Riverside Park Middlesbrough TS2 1RR.
