We are looking to recruit a Support Worker to support our male client who has an acquired brain injury to work in the Whitefield area of Manchester.
We are looking for a positive and motivated Support Worker to support our male client who has an acquired brain injury. The client is independent in terms of personal cares but requires support to plan and attend activities, manage his affairs and safety and attend appointments. The client has his own vehicle which is driven by the support team.
Working part time - 27.13ph weekends
Driving Licence and ability to drive is mandatory
Your role will be to support our client with all activities of daily living, making sure that all his care needs are met. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills while delivering support to the individual in their own home and in the community.
Previous support worker experience (preferred), however full training will be given to those with the right approach and attitude.
Experience in care and / or working with people is beneficial
A full driving licence is essential
This includes checks with past employers and an Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS.
The ability to be flexible to cover annual leave and sickness.

NCM work closely with the client and their family or representative to provide tailored support packages for clients in their own homes.
