Overview
CDM / Principal Designer Specialist — Permanent position; 4 days in office, 1 day wfh.
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of CDM Principal Designer and Client Advisor services, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of health and safety.
* Work closely with project leaders to integrate design safety across every stage of our projects.
* Represent our practice externally, helping to develop business opportunities in design for health and safety.
* Deliver internal training, update documentation, and support the team with your technical expertise.
* Conduct research for the Government and other clients, contributing to the advancement of design safety best practices.
Qualifications
* A proactive, motivated professional with an open and inquisitive mindset.
* Strong leadership, co-ordination, and technical expertise in CDM and Principal Designer responsibilities.
* Excellent report writing, collaboration, and time management skills.
* A solid understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and their practical application.
