Pay rate starts at £12.87 an hour, increasing to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location. We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week; a minimum of 12 hours is available if you prefer fewer hours.
Role Overview

Responsibilities
* Support the operation of one of our modern Pharmacies.
* Apply your technical skills and strong customer focus to accurately dispense medication.
* Dispense prescription medicines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
* Communicate with customers in a confident, friendly and professional manner, encouraging repeat visits.
* Offer appropriate information on common ailments, symptoms and products.
* Understand customers’ needs, explain product benefits, and sell the right products.
* Advise customers on the range of Pharmacy services available.
* Support and deliver Pharmacy services and dispensing processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
* Assess the legal appropriateness of dispensed prescriptions.
* Handle clinical and legal queries from Healthcare practitioners within your area of competence.
* Respond to customer prescription queries, informing the Pharmacist of any complaints.
* Ensure all dispensary routines and Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
* Maintain clean, tidy dispensary and consulting rooms free of clutter.
* Ensure prescription administration is accurate and completed on time.
* Bring promotional activities and company initiatives to life.
* Perform procedures accurately to protect profit and trade safely and legally.
* Complete corporate and departmental training.
* Keep up to date with legal and professional developments in pharmacy.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field.
