Seeking a dynamic Network Manager to join us in driving improved governance and operational delivery across the department supporting a mix of in-house technology and strategic 3rd-party partnerships. You will be responsible for establishing the strategy, processes, and lean, effective standards required to evolve existing services. This role will stretch your professional dynamism as you ensure our infrastructure remains scalable, secure, and fit-for-purpose. Key Responsibilities:
1. Governance & Leadership: You will manage the IT Network and Communications domain, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, Cyber Security & Network Security Firewalls, Telephony, and Data Centre environments. You will cultivate a culture built around speed and agility, ensuring daily operational excellence and executing the basics consistently at the highest level.
2. Operational Excellence: You will own the relationship and performance of network-associated tooling, ensuring safe and timely updates, upgrades, and patching to maintain regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring 24/7 coverage and driving a continual service improvement culture.
3. Strategy & Vision: You will design and lead the roadmap for your function, identifying and socialising sub-function strategies while managing both OPEX cost centres and CAPEX investment. You will proactively identify areas for improvement and maintain a robust Risk Register.
4. Collaboration: You will build and maintain exceptional internal and external customer relationships, managing key partners against defined SLAs and KPIs. You will work closely with the PMO, Architecture, and Business Solutions teams to ensure all delivered services are fit for purpose.

5. Sound knowledge of systems, software, and communications technologies (Cisco Catalyst, Solarwinds, Freshservice, etc.).
6. Relevant hands-on IT Service Management experience with qualifications such as ITIL V3.0, BSc, or MSc being highly desirable.
7. Strong people management skills and the emotional intelligence to lead teams through periods of change.
8. A high degree of resiliency and the ability to deliver under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
This role may require occasional travel between our various sites, including our Distribution Centres and satellite offices. Because we operate at the pinnacle of luxury retail & hospitality, the position may involve occasional out-of-hours work to support our 24/7 operation.
