What's involved?
We're looking for a dedicated professional to take charge of preparing, cooking, and presenting exquisite dishes within your specialty. In this role, you'll also be instrumental in managing and training our demi-chef de parties and commis, nurturing their growth and ensuring a cohesive kitchen. You'll collaborate closely with the sous chef and head chef to develop innovative new dishes and menus, pushing the boundaries of culinary creativity.
We expect the highest standards of food hygiene and strict adherence to health and safety regulations from you and your team. Additionally, your keen eye for portion and waste control will be crucial in maintaining our profit margins.
