Your expertise drives innovative strategies, energizes teams, and connects audiences to beloved characters through unforgettable storytelling. Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute go-to-marketing strategies and execution of marketing plans for Mickey & Friends campaigns. Provide strategic input, manage integrated communication plans, evaluate creative work, and oversee campaign project management. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract position located at our London office in Hammersmith, requiring four days of on-site attendance per week. What You Will Do Take direction from the Marketing Director and partner with Senior Creative Production & Operations Manager to develop campaign one pagers and pitch decks Own campaign schedule including development of work-back timings and tracking actions to ensure campaign milestones and deadlines are met Serve as the key communication source on assigned campaigns, regularly broadcasting status in order to ensure regions and global stakeholders are up to date on campaign development Share best practice and post campaign analysis across regional, local and global teams Partner with brand commercialization leads to ensure seamless communication and holistic approach across different properties Identify partnership opportunities, create pitch materials and deliver partnership activity Manage campaign budgets ensuring efficient and timely use of marketing funds, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records Ensure all workstreams for campaigns are scheduled and are tracking on budget including creative development, media guidance, PR and communications, cross line of business (XLOB) synergy, social engagement, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) Ensure all marketing activity in-scope is strategically aligned with franchise, category and global strategies Collaborate and develop strong relationships with regional DCP teams, providing information and regular strategy and franchise updates as well as understanding and satisfying regional needs and differences Establish a good working relationship with global counterparts to ensure regular communication flow on latest initiatives and ongoing liaison regarding global licensees where relevant Required Qualifications & Skills Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or relevant work experience. Experience in marketing, campaign management, or brand management, particularly with global campaigns. Multi-market experience and ability to navigate large, complex organisations. Demonstrated skills in planning, executing, and evaluating multi-market marketing campaigns. Track record of reaching targeted consumer audiences through diverse strategies. Proficiency in full funnel marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels. Proven success building collaborative relationships, leading change, and working effectively across departments. Strong project management skills, including successful strategy implementation, attention to detail, and budget oversight. Technical marketing abilities, strategic input, and communication planning support. Excellent communication skills for guiding creative teams, managing feedback, and ensuring brand alignment. Analytical skills to interpret data and consumer insights, draw conclusions, and make recommendations aligned with objectives. Ability to engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders. Understanding of financial concepts, such as P&L statements and quarterly forecasting. Awareness of legal guidelines and commitment to compliance. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote. Business-level English (written and spoken) required; proficiency in another European language is an asset.
