Role Summary:
The Temporary Worker will be responsible for providing administrative support within the organization. The role will involve working under general supervision, adhering to established procedures while exercising a degree of independent judgment when carrying out instructions. The position requires the ability to manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
The range of duties will include, but is not limited to, the following:
* Collating and analyzing moderately complex data or information, and presenting findings in a structured written report.
* Monitoring and managing administrative procedures and workflows to ensure they are followed effectively and consistently.
* Assisting with the preparation and monitoring of budgets, if required.
* Acting as a liaison for administrative matters between the organization and internal departments and/or external contacts.
* Drafting and preparing routine correspondence in line with company standards and practices.
Typical Qualifications and Experience:
* A minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language.
* An NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, or comparable clerical experience.
* Proven administrative experience, with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and external parties.
