Overview
Food Production Operative — Manufacturing, Batley. Full time contract with a salary of £13.00 per hour. Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something sweet? You’ll work in either standalone factories or theatre stores, helping produce the doughnuts everyone loves. In standalone factories, you’ll join a team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world-famous doughnuts. In theatre stores, doughnut-making is performed live for customers to see. No baking experience is required; full training is provided. You need a great attitude, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn.
Pay that pays off: hourly rate paid every two weeks, plus £1/hour extra for midnight-to-6am shifts. Proper contracts and real benefits, including holiday pay, pension, and life assurance. Training is provided if you have the right attitude and enjoy hands-on, repetitive work.

Responsibilities
* Mix large batches of dough (heavy bags of flour may weigh 25 kg).
* Help run the production line — proofing, frying, and decorating our doughnuts.
* Maintain cleanliness; end-of-day cleaning is part of the role.
* Work in a fast-paced environment where consistency and quality matter.
* Be part of a close-knit team that enjoys their work while meeting targets.
Qualifications
* Flexible shifts across 7 days, including weekends.
* Ability to do physical work and be on your feet.
