A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team on a float basis, covering all offices (including Leeds, Brighouse, Batley and Cleckheaton) and all departments. This is a flexible opportunity with options for full-time or part-time hours.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a legal secretary within a busy law firm.
2. Ability to support multiple departments and adapt quickly to different teams. Departments include; conveyancing, commercial property, litigation, family, employment and wills/probate.
3. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
4. Discretion and professionalism at all times.
5. Proficient in standard legal software and Microsoft Office.
