Join our Health & Wellbeing team as a Sales Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving membership growth, retention, and retreat sales. Reporting to the Club Manager, you'll lead the sales process from initial enquiry through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every member.
What you'll be doing:
1. Drive membership sales and retention across a range of health and wellbeing offerings
2. Manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, tours, sign-ups, onboarding, renewals, and waitlists
3. Analyse non-converted leads and share insights with marketing and senior teams
4. Support the wider membership strategy across the estate
5. Sell wellbeing retreats and support the Club Manager when needed including acting as the point of contact in their absence
6. Lead a team of administrators to deliver a professional, customer-focused experience
7. Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends
8. Build long-term relationships with members to encourage recurring revenue and upselling
9. Monitor member satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance the membership experience
10. Prepare team rotas and manage shift changes
11. Represent the Health & Wellbeing team at events to build rapport and community
What you'll bring:
12. Proven track record in sales, ideally within the wellbeing industry
13. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
14. A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service
15. Confidence in building trust and rapport with members
16. Ability to work to KPIs and meet deadlines
