Shift times are

£12.87 per hour plus enhancements where applicable

Key Results

Summary responsibilities

* Delivering Service Level Agreement for our residents through full responsibility and accountability to provide a high-quality customer service and care.
* Ensure all safety and emergency procedures are followed.
* Monitoring of the innovation acoustic monitoring system and following procedures in the event of an incident.
* Ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
* An understanding of care/night-time care.
* Production and submission of incident reports.
* Following check-in and sign-in protocols to ensure escalation procedures are confirmed and tested, prior to the shift starting.
* Keeping records of site activity through the Daily Occurrence Book.
* Immediate escalation of incidents to care homes.
* Proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* Ability to adapt and deal with the unexpected.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across and externally to St Monica Trust.

Other Skills and Qualifications

Essential

* GCSE English and Maths
* Previous experience of working in a care home environment
* Understanding of technology and IT systems

Desirable

* Experience of using Acoustic Monitoring systems
* Understanding of the needs of older people, including dementia and complex care needs.
* Understanding of GDPR.

£25, £25,431.12
