Hotel Receptionist with duties listed below.
Responsibilities
* Check In and Check out of guest
* To provide the highest standards of customer service in a quick & efficient manner
* Effective and accurate cash handling and reconciliation as laid out in hotel till procedures, policies
* To have a welcoming and friendly approach and uphold the standards set
* To liaise with other departments in an efficient manner
* To ensure effective operation of the switchboard
* To assist the head receptionist in the smooth running of the front of house department
* To be able to show attention to detail
* To order and store stock required in a timely and efficient manner
* Adhere to all company policies and rules
* To observe all requirements under Health & Safety at Work Act 1989
* To provide mentoring in areas of responsibility
* To up hold the standards and reputation of the Hotel at all times
* Any other duties as requires
Skills and Qualifications
* 4 GCSE Grade C or aboveFull Training will be provided
* Have excellent communication and computer skill
