We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to work within our joinery company at WB Joinery Ltd.
Office Administrator duties and requirements include:
* Strong background in finance
* Invoicing
* Wage processing
* Must be IT literate
* General office admin
* Must be an organised and diligent
* Managing a generic email inbox
* Able to work on their own and as part of team
* Commercially Aware
* Basic accounting skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Spreadsheets
*Attention to detail
* Earning Statements
Hours of work
*24-40 per week, flexibility of days.
