Role Overview: As the Head of IT Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing Ingeus’ technology services across the UK and Europe. You'll oversee Infrastructure, Platforms, End User Compute, Service Desk, Incident Management, Asset Management, and associated IT support services. Your focus will be on ensuring the highest system availability for critical business operations and responsiveness to business needs through slick processes, automation, and service management tools What You'll Do: Demonstrate strong values of Trust, Integrity, Collaboration, Honesty, Empowerment, and Inclusivity. Define business SLAs for IT services with internal and external providers. Lead and guide a team of IT Specialists to ensure day-to-day IT Operations adhere to defined SLAs. Continuously improve service delivery and operations. Collaborating with the Delivery, Architecture, Development, Data, and Business Partners to provide exceptional IT Operational services. Commercial and budgetary responsibility for IT operational vendors and services About you: ITIL experienced. Highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and leadership. Strong values aligned with trust, integrity, collaboration, honesty, empowerment, and inclusivity. Proven experience in managing IT operations, cloud platforms and infrastructure services. Ability to maintain the highest availability of business-critical systems. Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team toward continuous improvement. Collaborative mindset to work within the UK and Europe IT leadership team. Exceptional Technical expertise, although not hands on, technical leadership will be required across a Microsoft stack, and networks.
