Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and professional Customer Service & Sales Advisor who has the skills and competencies to successfully secure and process orders over the telephone, webchat and via email.
Role key tasks:
* providing a high level of customer service over the telephone, webchat and email
* securing an order by converting a call into a confirmed order
* processing orders and bookings
* dealing with customer enquiries and queries
* upselling products/services wherever possible
* taking payment details and processing the payment
* supporting other members of the team.

* An excellent telephone manner – remaining friendly, polite, and professional at all times.
* Great communication, interpersonal, and IT skills.
* Very good attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information, eg correct address, post code, contact numbers and location.
* Good sales experience with knowledge and understanding of the sales process.
* Good organisation skills with the ability to use own initiative.
* Reliable, flexible and adaptable.
* Hardworking and conscientious.
* Positive, motivated, and pro-active.
* Ability to remain calm and patient when under pressure.
* Ability to work within a busy and fast-paced customer focused sales environment.
Reward
* Starting Salary £27,000 pa, increasing to £28,113 pa after the completion of a successful 6 month probation period
* 25 days holiday which increases to 27 after 5 years service, and 30 after 10 years service
Working Hours
* 8.5 hours each day (9 hours and half hour unpaid lunch break)
* Office open between 7.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday
* Saturday mornings from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm on a rota basis (1 weekend in 9 at present).
Due to lack of public transport in location own transport will be required.
