Reporting into the Training Systems & Quality Assurance Manager, the successful Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training and business education requests in line with HR policies, service-level agreements and timetables to maximise utilisation. You will also be supporting the competence team with new initiatives and develop and maintain effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
* Maintaining course information i.e. preferred vendors and course costs
* Liaising with suppliers and scheduling training dates to meet ongoing business demands
* Organising internal & external resources as appropriate
* Identifying employees who are needing refresher training and liaising with training managers to authorise
* Contacting line managers to allocate employees onto available events
* Ensuring employee training records are maintained in accordance with compliance standards
* Raising PO's and goods receipting in line with SLA's and closing out events in their entirety
* Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
* Maintain a good level of attention to detail
* Good practical knowledge and ability in Microsoft packages
* Able to plan, prioritise and deliver own workload
