Job Summary
As Market Access Manager UK & Ireland, you'll develop and execute regional market access strategies to secure funding and adoption of Terumo Interventional Systems solutions. You will monitor healthcare policies, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate closely with country management. Your efforts will support the sales team and focus on patient outcomes. You will also represent Terumo Europe and build relationships with key stakeholders in various countries.
This role also supports our Nordics organization (20%) and reports to Aline Topouchian, Market Access and HEOR Director EMEA, working with peers in the BENEFRA and DACH regions.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement regional market access strategies for the UK, Ireland, and Nordics in collaboration with local management.
* Advise internal teams on evidence requirements, funding mechanisms, HTA programs, procurement frameworks, and healthcare policy trends.
* Build relationships with external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals and payers.
* Train Terumo field staff on reimbursement systems, economic tools, and policy trends.
* Represent TIS at national trade associations.
* Manage projects with internal and external stakeholders to achieve funding and adoption goals.
* Work collaboratively across functions within Terumo and contribute to business strategies from a reimbursement perspective.
* Participate in pan-EMEA projects as needed.
Profile Requirements
* Higher academic degree in a scientific, health economics, or healthcare policy field.
* Knowledge of health economics, UK funding systems, and Nordic countries.
* Experience with HTA submissions and interactions with health agencies like NICE and NIPH.
* Strong communication and presentation skills in English; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
* Proven project management experience.
* Patient-centric approach, creative thinking, ownership mentality, and adaptability.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
