Role Overview
We’re working with a high‑growth digital marketing agency that partners with global brands and is continuing to invest heavily in its performance marketing function. This role sits right at the centre of that growth. You’ll have real ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape strategy rather than just execute it.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships, from sourcing and onboarding through to optimisation and growth.
* Build and execute strategies to attract high‑quality partners and scale acquisition channels.
* Manage and develop a portfolio of affiliate relationships, driving consistent performance improvements.
* Negotiate commercial agreements with a focus on revenue, profitability, and long‑term value.
* Analyse performance data across key metrics (ROI, conversion, acquisition, retention) and use insights to inform decisions.
* Continuously optimise campaigns, partner activity and commercial terms to maximize output.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve acquisition journeys and conversion performance.
* Provide clear reporting, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Spot risks and opportunities early, and adapt strategy to maintain momentum and growth.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in affiliate or performance marketing, managing multiple partners at scale.
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.
* Confidence working with data, drawing insights and turning them into action.
* A proactive, self‑sufficient individual who is comfortable owning their channel.
* Experience working in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
* Strong relationship‑builder who knows how to get the best out of partners.
