The role
Do you have patience, a sense of fun, enthusiasm and self-motivation to enable children to achieve? We are looking to appoint a caring, flexible Midday Supervisor to work as part of our friendly team. You should have good communication skills and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of inclusion. The candidate should have experience of working with young children and be willing to undertake a range of tasks as needed. This is an important role within our school and you will be key in ensuring our children have a positive and happy lunchtime. Your role will involve supervising the children during eating, cleaning the dining room area and overseeing the children during play. You will need to have a calm and nurturing manner. Cassiobury Infant and Nursery School is a popular, caring school that serves children from the local Watford area; diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of our school. Children are at the centre of all we do and we promote high standards of education and behaviour in our welcoming school. This will be a permanent position. The successful candidate will be part of a highly focused team committed to providing high quality care that will inspire our children and ensure the best outcomes for them. The post is a part time role for 8.75 hours per week from 11:30am to 1:15pm Monday to Friday, term time only. We are committed to safeguarding children and young people.
